Collection Eyes Undercovered Nude Palette.
I read great things about this pallet on blogs, but for £3.99 wasn’t entirely convinced on how good the quality would be. However being me, I bought it anyway. It’s great, and it’s the only thing I’ve used on my lids since I bought it a month ago. It has 6 shades ranging from a cream highlight shade ‘White Chocloate’ (left) to a dark brown ‘Espresso’ (right) perfect for lining your lid.
It’s so easy to slap on and the formula is great which I wasn’t expecting for such a cheap product. Obviously the packaging isn’t anything fancy but it does the job with it’s magnetic lid. I couldn’t recommend it enough.
Rimmel Scandaleyes Eye Shadow Stick.
I picked this up in my local Boots a couple of months ago as part of a 3 for 2 on Rimmel. It’s a eye shadow in pencil form which makes it super handy and easy to use. Applying eye shadow is my least favourite part of slapping on my make up but when it’s this easy I have no excuse. I only have one shade ‘Bad Girl Bronze’ but definitely want to try out some more colours seen as they are only £4.50. Any recommendations?
Clear mascara. I have pretty wild eyebrows.
They have a mind of there own and keeping them looking neat all day long is not an easy task, not until I heard of using clear mascara through them that is. I have been doing this trick for about a year now and so have tried out my fair share of clear mascaras. Some aren’t too great either they don’t hold them enough or because they leave them looking like your eyebrows are sweating (not the look I’m going for) but the Miss Sporty £1.99 clear mascara does the trick so I recommend getting your hands on it if you too lack control over your brows.
Rimmel Stay Matt powder.
The only powder that leaves me shine free but not cakey. Like most products when I hear people rave about something I find myself owning it the next day (funny how that happens) and Rimmel Stay Matt Powder is one thing I’m definitely glad I listen to the hype about. I use 01 translucent as I don’t want any extra coverage from my powder, mainly because I can never find the right shade. I sweep it over my T-zone with my real techniques buffing brush and I’m good to go.
