Don’t fret there is still time. If like me you still haven’t finished (or even started) your Christmas shopping don’t worry I’m here to save the day. I thought it was the perfect time to throw together a post containing all my favourite season picks broken down into categories based on the sort of person you might be buying for. So rather than racing through a busy shopping centre or bracing the cold of the city centre this time of year, sit back grab a glass of wine and get prowling the web for the perfect last-minute gifts.
The Beauty Guru
Every year without fail I buy my mum a bottle of perfume and this year I’ve decided to get her a special set from the Luxury Fragrance Gift Set section of the Clive Christian website. My favourite things to buy beauty gurus are eyeshadow palettes, perfume, and lipsticks. It can be hard to buy someone foundation or concealers without them being there to colour match, but you can’t go wrong with a fragrance to a shimmer eye shadow pallet.
It can be hard to buy clothes for people but if you’re like me I love unwrapping a big knit I can then throw on and wear three to New Years Day. If you’re not ready to brave trying to buy someone clothes then why not pick a nice new handbag that they can throw over their shoulder on your post-Christmas walk or a clutch bag to impress their friends at a New Years party.
The Home-wear Hoarder
Now this one is definitely me! I’m a sucker for anything for my home and I think homeware can make such lovely present. I don’t remember the last year I didn’t buy a friend or family member a candle or reed defuser for Christmas and they’re always so well received. A few of my favourite things to buy home wear lovers, are candles, room sprays, cushions, throws and vases. If you’re looking for the perfect candle set be sure to check out the Luxury Fragrance Gift Set from Clive Christian.
The Tech Wizard
I find this a hard one as without spending a fortune it can be hard to buy a tech wizard a present they’ll really love however I have put together a collection of things I think would go down well without necessarily breaking the bank. I have been eyeing up a Marshall for a long time so if anyone is wanting to by me anything click the link below (thanks hehe).
Oooh and before I forget Clive Christian are holding an Advert Calendar competition on their site up until the 25th. Every day, Clive Christian is hiding advent baubles on their website and every day, a clue is posted on Instagram to help the user find it on the website. Once the user has found it, the user must take a screen shot and post it on their own account and tag @clivechristianperfum. Each day, one person will win the daily prize! Happy bauble hunting!
I hope this post has helped with any last-minute present buying you still need to do. I hope you all have a lovely Christmas and I can’t wait to come back with some new content after stuffing my face full of nut roast!
